Terms of Sale and Use

These Terms govern use of the A&E Creations website and the purchase and use of its digital guides. A&E Creations is operated by Omer Bar Lev Shiloach, an Israeli VAT-registered sole proprietor based in Hod Hasharon, Israel. Product-specific information and the Paddle checkout terms shown at checkout also apply.

1. Digital guides and purchase

Each guide is a one-time digital product. Before payment, the applicable product page or checkout will state the guide description, price, language, access method and any material limitations. After confirmed payment, access will be provided as described on the product page.

Payments and tax. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for the payment transaction. Paddle is the seller of record to the buyer and handles payment processing, applicable taxes and billing documentation; A&E Creations provides the guide and related support.

Immediate access. Where required by applicable law, before immediate supply begins you will be asked at checkout for your separate express consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledgement of the resulting effect on any withdrawal right. This consent must not be pre-selected.

2. Licence and intellectual property

Once payment is complete, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the guide for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, distribute, resell, rent, publish, make publicly available, upload to a public repository, share with others, or use a guide to train an AI model without prior written permission.

All copyrights, trademarks, text, designs, prompts and other materials remain the property of A&E Creations or their respective rights holders. Purchase does not transfer ownership of those rights.

3. Cancellation, refunds and access issues

Refunds, cancellations and consumer rights are handled in accordance with mandatory law applicable to the transaction and Paddle's refund process, where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If access is not provided, a file is defective, or the guide materially differs from its description, contact us promptly at aecreations.ai@gmail.com with your order details. We will investigate and provide reasonable support; payment-related requests may also need to be submitted to Paddle.

4. Educational content

The guides are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for assessing whether and how to apply the material to your circumstances and for complying with laws, platform rules and third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or guides unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, attempt to interfere with site security or access controls, or misrepresent your identity or purchase entitlement.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, A&E Creations does not guarantee a particular commercial, creative or technical result from use of a guide. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms for future use or purchases by posting an updated version on this page. Israeli law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or privacy rights that apply in your country of residence.
