This Privacy Policy explains how A&E Creations, operated by Omer Bar Lev Shiloach, an Israeli VAT-registered sole proprietor based in Hod Hasharon, Israel, processes personal data when you use this website, contact us or purchase a digital guide.

1. Information we collect

We may collect contact and enquiry information you provide, technical usage information such as IP address and browser/device data, and guide order and access information. Card and payment details are processed by Paddle and are not stored by us.

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and message to respond to your enquiry, maintain service records and prevent misuse. Providing the optional fields is your choice; without the required details, we may not be able to respond.

2. Why we use information

We use personal data to respond to enquiries; supply and support digital guides; operate, secure and improve the website; prevent fraud; comply with legal, tax and accounting duties; and protect our rights. We send marketing communications only with separate active consent where required by law, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

3. Service providers and international transfers

We use service providers including Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Paddle for payments, tax and billing. These providers may process data outside Israel or the European Economic Area. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for payment transactions and processes checkout data under its own privacy terms.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses essential cookies or similar technologies for operation and security. It may also use analytics or marketing technologies only subject to your choice where consent is required. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies can affect site functionality.

5. Embedded third-party content

Pages may include embedded third-party content, such as social-media video. Interacting with embedded content may allow that third party to collect data and use cookies under its own privacy policy.
